Thai Ginger Seafood Sprinkle

This recipe is brought to you by your friends at D'Avolio

  • Start with white fish such as Talapia or Haddock. Pan-fry using D'Avolio Natural Butter EVOO.
  • Before removing from the pan, sprinkle with Thai Ginger Infused Sea Salt. Careful - season to taste, you can always add more.
  • Serve with a splash of D'Avolio Honey Ginger Balsamic Vinegar.

Lime Tortilla Chip Salad

This recipe is brought to us by Jude from Youngstown, NY

  • Mixed greens with Persian Lime Olive Oil and Red Apple Balsamic Vinegar.
  • Add garlic powder, coarse salt and lots of fresh ground pepper to taste.

My niece described it as a Lime Tortilla Chip Salad.
Try using Tortilla chips like croutons. YUM!

Strawberry and Goat Cheese Salad

This recipe is brought to us by Trish from D'Avolio Williamsville, NY

1 cup shaved almonds
2 cups fresh strawberries sliced
3/4 cup of Gorgonzola cheese
1 bag of spinach leafs
4 tbsp. 18yr. balsamic vinegar

  • Spread spinach on serving tray.
  • Sprinkle strawberries, almonds and Gorgonzola.
  • Drizzle with D'Avolio 18-Year Balsamic Vinegar.
