It makes a fantastic glaze or B-B-Q base for pork or beef and is exquisite used in an “affogato float” which calls for one part espresso balsamic to four parts vanilla bean ice cream.

This is the best oil with a the right combination of heat infused into it. i’m not that daring to burn my mouth with the amount of hot/spicy kick but a medium amount works for me. i like to feel just a little jolt and enjoy it not on fire sorta thing. i like that the oil itself is not heavy for doesn’t make my stomach hurt either because of the preservatives. This is my ultimate choice for oil on salads, pasta, bread, pizza, meats, fish, everything!!!!!! Totally worth the money!
