1.5 ounces Hennessy
0.5 ounces Frangelico
0.75 ounce Guinness Chocolate Reduction
0.25 ounce agave nectar
0.25 ounce half & half
10 drops D’Avolio Blood Orange Fused Olive Oil
Orange twist for garnish
Combine Hennessy, Frangelico, chocolate stout reduction, agave, half & half, and D’Avolio Blood Orange olive oil in a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with orange twist.

1 grams 70% chocolate (6 squares of a Lindt 70% chocolate bar)
1 cup Guinness

In a saucepan over medium heat, stir chocolate and Guinness until reduced by half.
Remove from heat and let cool.
