Does D'Avolio provide any assistance with the design and build-out of a D'Avolio brick & mortar?

Yes. To maintain the D'Avolio look, feel, and flow, our designated construction management group will oversee the entire design, build out, and furnishings/decor as part of our “store-in-a-box” full service program.
Does D'Avolio require the franchisee to purchase equipment and supplies from franchisor or other designated suppliers?

Yes. To Ensure quality and consistency, D'Avolio requires franchisees to purchase all food, beverage, equipment, technology, and proprietary furnishings and fixtures from our designated suppliers.
What is the ideal franchise candidate?

The ideal franchise candidate is an experienced business person who understands how to run and grow a business. The ideal candidate should excel at customer service, employee relationships, and be comfortable in a sales and marketing role, or have identified partners/individuals in their business who are.
How do I find a viable location for my store?

We have an exclusive relationship with a network of experienced realtors who will help you find the perfect D'Avolio location.
How do I source the food and supplies for my store?

We have a relationship with a national food supplier who carries all of our menu items and supplies. This company offers a digital order guide, which is pre-loaded with all of our food and supplies. All of these items are locked in with our special pricing.
Do I need restaurant/cooking experience?

For restaurants, we are looking for operators who have food & beverage experience or can identify a General Manager with that experience. We employ a comprehensive multi-stage, multi-location training program that that covers everything you’ll need to know to run your own Chef's on the go! restaurant. We do require strong leadership skills, attention to detail, strong operational and administrative skills, a desire to learn, and commitment to providing your customers with the very best D'Avolio experience
After I submit my Franchise Application, how long until I hear back?

'Avolio will respond to all inquiries within 24 hours to set up a call and further discuss the due diligence process, initial investment requirements, and your market area.
